The Pearl Companies, headquartered in Peoria Heights, Illinois, and Carroll Holdings, Inc., based in Albany, New York, together formed Pearl Carroll & Associates in 2005. Later, Pearl Carroll & Associates became fully integrated with Pearl Insurance by taking on the unified name of Pearl Insurance.

Our services include the sale of voluntary insurance products (life, auto, home, renters, and various leisure vehicles). We also specialize in providing membership organizations with high-quality insurance programs at rates not readily available to nonmembers. We rank among the top direct-marketing third-party administrators in the United States.

In 2005, Pearl Insurance acquired the U.S. worksite marketing assets and long-term accounts of an international insurance broker, headquartered in London. This acquisition alone vaulted Pearl Insurance into the top level of worksite marketers by providing highly trained and experienced staff, specialized information technology assets, and a vast array of government, healthcare, labor organization, and nonprofit association clientele.

As a Marketer, Pearl Insurance's best asset is our proactive approach to customer development and satisfaction. We provide product information and customer service through a well-managed sales staff and direct response availability through mail, phone, and web.

As a Full-Service Administrator, we can provide total policyholder service and have full claim payment and underwriting authority. The administrative services we offer include:
